Court Chambers, where she practices as an arbitrator and mediator. She has over 30 years of experience of arguing and managing large complex commercial cases at every level of the UK judicial system and in arbitration. From 2008-2020, Sue was Co-Managing Partner of law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (UK) LLP where her clients included major corporates, funds, investors, trustees, office holders and high net worth individuals, for whom she managed complex, high value, domestic and international litigation. Sue has particular expertise in company, insolvency related, securitisation and restructuring litigation.
