In the first quarter of 2022, gross profit/net Sir Martin Sorrell revenue growth was strong and ahead of Executive Chairman guidance. This performance is planned to continue into 2022, with budgets and plans targeting strong revenue, gross profit/net revenue growth and improving operational EBITDA margin and the three-year plan for 2022-24 aiming for a doubling of the Group organically, excluding combinations and Mary Basterfield EBITDA margins returning Group Chief Financial Officer to previous levels.
