We remain committed to deploying capital responsibly and where appropriate, thoughtfully integrating ESG considerations into our investment decisions. Our leadership has engaged meaningfully in the past year to implement a series of steps to strengthen and improve our ESG initiatives. First, we broadened the collection and monitoring of key ESG performance metrics across our portfolio. Second, we integrated ESG topics into our portfolio company governance model. Lastly, we performed an ESG maturity and risk assessment across the portfolio, which provided recommendations for improvement. We are excited to share our progress and our future plans with you. We are pleased to publish Siris’ 2022 Annual ESG Report and demonstrate our continued commitment to managing our investments in a responsible manner.
