Put on a Trial Have each idea “stand trial.” Select people to be the prosecutor, defense attorney, and judge. Hold 5-minute cases for each idea. 252. Take the Top Have people anonymously rank their top three ideas. Repeat the process a day or two later and take the highest ranked ideas. 253. Survey Solutions Create a survey listing possible solutions and have people (coworkers, friends, strangers) rate them.
