We are focused on bringing similar levels of racial parity to leadership roles across the company. Progress in hiring. Last year, our technology team committed to hiring 1,000 new employees within two years, 30% of which would be diverse, specifically Black, Latinx, Indigenous or women. As of the end of fiscal 2022, we hired nearly 900 new technologists, and 39% met our diverse criteria. This shows our hiring and representation of diverse salaried employees.
