More than 130 women are engaged in this grassroots engineering community to focus on creating an environment of belonging for women in engineering at Valero, addressing how to navigate and find your voice as a woman in our industry, creating a network for mentorship and career advice, and gaining a deeper understanding of cultural differences as women in engineering.
