      How to Use a Template

      Save time and maintain consistency. This 4-minute guide shows you how to import, edit, and reuse templates for streamlined content creation.

      In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps of using a template effectively. From choosing the right template to customizing it to your needs, we'll cover everything you need to know.

      Step 1

      Click the dropdown arrow and then choose "Make a copy".

      Step 2

      You'll be automatically redirected to the copy. 

      Download one of the versions available: PDF, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.

       

      Step 3 

      Make the changes on the file and then save as a PDF.

      ✅ In Adobe Acrobat: File -> Save/Save As 

      ✅ In Google Slides: File -> Download -> PDF Document (.pdf)

      ✅ In Powerpoint: File -> Save as Adobe PDF

       

      Step 4

      Click on the "Settings" button in the copy you made before, inside RELAYTO.

       

      Step 5

      Click on "Update PDF version".
