Our suppliers are responsible for following our Con昀氀ict Minerals Policy and the con昀氀ict minerals guidelines in our Third-Party Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and for passing these same requirements on to their suppliers. We also screen and audit our suppliers both onsite and virtually to assess potential quality, 昀椀nancial, security, social, and environmental issues or compliance risks, including risks related to the use of critical materials, con昀氀ict minerals, or human rights violations. Business Ethics RT-EE-510a.1 Description of policies and practices Our Board of Directors, Chairman, President and CEO, and SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for prevention of: (1) corruption and oversee the execution of ethical conduct.
