Science and Engineering Society and the Society for Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science—to build relationships with tribal colleges throughout the United States. The council also works with IBM SkillsBuild (previously known as Open P-TECH®) and similar organizations to increase awareness in indigenous communities of STEM careers and to support the growth of talent from these communities throughout IBM. In 2022, our focus is signature hiring events with job flexibility on location and retention programs.
