13.23 Grids: Gatefolds When a gatefold advertisement is produced the Monogram and tagline lock-up should appear on the bottom left corner of the stand-alone/single page or first page shown. However, when the stand-alone page is a ‘teaser’ or intro page for the gatefold, the Monogram can be placed on the lower left corner of the spread. Depending on gatefold specifications and how it will open, the Monogram may not be on far left page but should be positioned in lower left corner of first appropriate page, as shown in example 2.
