EmployeeCodeofConduct Introduction RELAYTOiscommittedtomaintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all business activities. This Employee Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from all employees to ensure a respectful, fair, and lawful workplace. 1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations ● Employeesmustcomplywithallapplicable laws, regulations, and company policies. ● Anyillegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, bribery, and corruption, are strictly prohibited. 2. Confidentiality and Data Protection ● Employeesmustprotecttheconfidentiality of sensitive information, including user data stored on AWS in Dublin, Ireland. ● Unauthorized sharing of confidential information is prohibited. 3. Respect in the Workplace ● Employeesmusttreatcolleagues, clients, and partners with respect and dignity. ● Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. 4. Integrity and Honesty ● Employeesmustactwithintegrity and honesty in all business dealings. ● Conflicts of interest should be avoided and disclosed when they arise. 5. Use of Company Resources ● Companyresources,including digital tools and AWS infrastructure, should be used responsibly and for legitimate business purposes. ● Misuseorunauthorized use of company resources is prohibited. 6. Professional Conduct ● Employeesareexpectedtomaintainprofessional conduct at all times. ● Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, excessive personal use of company resources, and unprofessional communication, is not allowed.
7. Reporting Violations ● Employeesareencouragedtoreportanyviolations of this code of conduct to their managerorHRdepartment. ● Reportswill be handled confidentially and without retaliation. 8.
