So not long after the Titanic went down there was a need all of a sudden to have protection and insurance on your livestock. (6:29 - 7:10) We have a lot of different initiatives to stay in front of those clients, but it's a struggle because all of those employees consume information in different ways. So we can't just print off an employee benefits guide anymore and physically hand those out and expect everybody to read through it, understand, enroll, and have no questions.
