In other words, the ads are not there to get you to buy something; they exist to make you aware of the brand. 吀栀ink of YouTube that way. You want to make people aware of your existence. You are inviting them to get to know you. As you invite people into your world, you might consider what makes you interesting. What will people identify with most in your message? How do you want to portray yourself? For example, all your videos might be shot at the beach, or in your o昀케ce, or holding your cat. Whatever makes you special should be in every video you make. I am going to talk for a moment about some monu- mental YouTube videos that should be of interest to you. For example, one clip has been watched nearly 120 mil- lion times. It’s called “History of Dance,” and features one man who dances a timeline through history and, in a sin- gle routine, shows more dances than you can imagine. Cats are very popular on YouTube. One video in par- ticular is called “吀栀e Mean Kitty Song,” and has been watched, as I write this, about 20 million times.
