The abbreviation “BHHS” may never be used in marketing or advertising. The only acceptable use is with permission by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for use in internet domain names. Global Branding may closely monitor the logo to ensure its correct use. Any variation from exact and correct usage will weaken and corrode the identity of the network and may result in the loss of trademark protection. NO VARIANCE FROM THE TERMS OF THE BRAND GUIDELINES IS PERMISSIBLE. 8 The following guidelines will help ensure constant and correct usage: • Never separate the words Berkshire Hathaway and HomeServices or use them independently. • The logo may never be typeset and must be reproduced in strict accordance with the Brand Guidelines. • Your company name must be used once in its entirety in copy.
