2021 ESG Report Healthy People Give an Hour The last two years have brought increased stress, anxiety and loss for all, but particularly for our essential health care workers. During 2020 and 2021, the nonprofit Give an Hour partnered with Aetna to offer free mental health services to nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists and other hospital-based essential employees and their loved ones. Thanks to a contribution from Aetna, Give an Hour was able to deliver 1,000 no-cost therapy sessions to these health care heroes in 29 states. 21
