Methodology This report is based on responses to a wide- ranging survey conducted in August 2017 along with OnePoll, a marketing and research firm specializing in online quantitative research and polling. We surveyed 1,000 consumers spanning in age from 18 to 65. They hail from all five major regions of the United States (Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest and West.) They represent 10 unique income levels and have a variety of online shopping habits — from those who buy online daily to those who never buy online.
