We monitor indicators of employee diversity, which help us understand the makeup of our workforce across management levels and geographies. Beyond our own workforce, we’re committing our corporate influence to champion equity and combat injustices that impact employees in the communities we serve. AT&T supports: • The Business Coalition for the Equality Act – a group of U.S. employers supporting the addition of LGBTQ+ individuals to groups afforded basic protections under U.S. federal law • The United Nations (U.N.)
